JOE BIDEN

I'm sorry that the son of the 47th Vice President of the United States died of brain cancer and the accumulative effects of that and the earlier loss of Biden's first wife and daughter in an auto accident, prevented him from entering the 2016 presidential race. He would have won his party's nomination in a walk.

Joe Biden does not constantly deal with the angrier aspect of life, as will his competitor be expected to continue to do. Does it not seem that these days we constantly have to deal with the darker aspects of living? Biden strikes me as being a happy warrior.

Biden is your typical middle class person; a consensus maker who has learned how to reach across the aisle to get things done.

Russia is being run by a group of self-seeking oligarchs, all of whom are in bed with Vladimir Putin, a person with whom Donald Trump is anxious to share an embrace. This cannot be healthy for Americans.

We've plenty of time before the next nominee of the Democrat party is chosen. I would like it to be Joe Biden. By 2020 he will be 77, Trump will be 74. Reagan was elected for a second term when he was 73 and was 77 when he left office.
